Age Restrictions:
Classes are for ages 18 and above.
Cancellation Procedure:
If you wish to cancel your booking please do so up to 7 days before your Workshop date by contacting us during office hours via email to info@bryonyapplegate.co.uk to receive a full refund.
We cannot refund if you cancel within the 7 days, however you can transfer to another friend, just email us to let us know who it has been transferred to.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of request.
Please allow 5-10 working days for your refund to be returned back to your original payment method.
Shipping/Collection:
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your pottery to be processed.
- Drying time (1 week)
- Bisque fired (2 Days)
- Glazed and high fired (3 days)
- Packaged and posted (3 days)
While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times provided, we cannot be held responsible for delays within Royal Mail.
We understand the importance of timely delivery, please contact us if you have not received your pottery within the allocated time and we can provide you with an update or tracking number.
Alternatively you can collect your order from the Studio at an agreed time. We will contact you when your pieces are ready and arrange a time for collection.
